豆腐脑烧香菇
原料:
香菇500克豆腐脑1碗(约重250克)精盐6克味精2克料酒10克水淀粉15克香油10克
制法: (1)将香菇去蒂,洗净沥干水。
(2)锅置旺火上,放入植物油,烧热后下入香菇,烹料酒,加精盐、味精略炒,再加入豆腐脑烧开,转用小火烧透入味,勾芡,淋香油,出锅菇面朝上装盘即可。
特点: 清香味厚。
