原料: 鲜活龙虾一只、本地湖蟹10只、油菜心、上汤、调料等。
制作方法: 本地湖蟹上笼蒸熟后,剔出蟹肉并拌上味,制成馅料待用。龙虾取出虾肉,将头尾蒸熟,摆入盘中。虾肉漂净血水,剁成虾泥,然后搅打上劲。取炒锅一只,盛满水,将蟹肉藏于虾肉中,投入水中养至成熟。再过油烹调,烹入上汤及调料,勾芡后装入盘中即可。
