  滑蛋牛肉
  主料:鸡蛋
  辅料:牛柳
  调料:葱末、鸡精、香油、盐、胡椒粉、食用油、小苏打、淀粉
  做法:
  1、将鸡蛋液搅匀加入鸡精、盐、胡椒粉、葱、食用油一起搅匀成蛋浆;
  2、牛肉去掉筋切成片加入淀粉、小苏打、食用油拌匀;
  3、坐锅点火放油,油至4成热倒入浆好的牛肉过油并捞出沥干油,和鸡蛋液一起拌匀;
  4、坐锅点火放油,倒入拌有鸡蛋液的牛肉片,边炒边加油,油要适量,淋入香油炒匀即可装盘。
  特点:肉嫩鲜滑蛋香浓郁。
