Peeled prawns saute scallion
原料:
韭菜250克,鲜虾150克
辅料:
葱、姜、料酒少许,盐3克,香油10克
做法:
1.将韭菜洗净,切成3厘米长的段;鲜虾剥去壳,洗净;葱切成段,姜切成片。
2.锅里放油烧热后,先将葱、姜下锅煸香,再放虾和韭菜,烹料酒,连续翻炒至虾熟透,放盐,起锅装盘淋入香油即可。
备注:
韭菜忌多食,多食会上火。隔夜的熟韭菜不宜再吃。韭菜不宜与蜂蜜、牛肉同食。
