[原料/调料]薯条 125公克
培根丁 3大匙
蛋 2个
盐 1/2小匙
[制作流程](1)将薯条切成1公分小段,培根先爆香后,再把切好的薯条丁一起拌炒至熟,盛起备用。
(2)将蛋打散,加入炒好的薯条丁及培根,并加入盐,搅拌均匀备用。
(3)锅子预热后加入少许油,倒入作法(2)的材料,炒至蛋液熟后,即可盛起放入盘中食用。
