Barley chicken soup
主料: 鸡2000克,薏米100克,党参30克,生姜20克,葱2条。
配料: 料酒、精盐、胡椒粉、味道各适量,汤水2500克
做法: 1、鸡宰杀后,去毛及内脏,剁去脚爪,入沸水锅中焯去血水,洗净。党参、薏米浸洗干净,生姜去皮拍破,葱洗净。砂锅加清水,放入上述原料,置大火上煮熟,撇去浮沫,改用小火熬煮2-3小时,至鸡肉熟烂为止。从砂锅中拣出姜,葱,调入味料撒入胡椒粉,拌匀即可。
特点: 温补脾肾,化气行水。
