原料:低粉50g 玉米淀粉20g 鸡蛋三个 白糖75g 蓝梅果酱
做法:
1、准备一张油纸,折成烤盘那么大,铺在里面
2、鸡蛋加糖打发,打到在蛋液里划8字,十秒内不消逝为止
3、低粉+玉米淀粉过筛到蛋液里轻轻翻拌均匀
4、取少许蛋液与少许蓝梅果酱拌匀,倒入挤酱瓶中
5、其余的蛋液倒入烤盘中抹平
6、用挤酱瓶将蓝梅蛋液挤在烤盘的蛋液上,用筷子画出花纹
7、烤箱预热,220度烤10分钟
8、将烤好的蛋糕片倒扣在厨房用纸上,卷起来晾凉
9、打开蛋糕片,抹上蓝梅酱,再次卷起,按需要切成块即可。
