蒜香拆骨肉
拆骨肉很香。厨房多用棒骨吊汤,剩余拆骨肉一般不能入菜而浪费。师精心设计出一道菜,充分利用原料,做出一道美味佳肴。
用料:
拆骨肉400克,大蒜150克。
做法:
①将拆骨肉切成段,加入盐、味精、干淀粉上味拌匀。
