材料:萝卜1000克,羊肉500克,精盐、胡椒粉、葱、姜各适量。
制法:将羊肉去筋膜,切成约3厘米方块,先入沸水锅内焯一下,除去血水,捞出沥水后放锅内,注入适量清水。萝卜去表皮,冲洗干净,切成菱形片待用。先将羊肉锅置武火上放入葱、姜,烧沸后,改用文火煮约30分钟,再放入切好的萝卜同煮至羊肉熟烂,装肉和汤入碗内,用盐、胡椒粉调味即成。
功效:助阳补精。
用法:食肉饮食,每日1--2次。
应用:适用于体虚之人。
