Straw mushroom saute winter bamboo shoots
草菇炒冬笋
一、原料:
1. 主料:水发草菇100 克,冬笋片250 克。
2. 调料:精盐、味精、湿淀粉、麻油、菜油、素汁汤。
二、制法:
将草菇摘洗干净,炒锅烧热下菜油,将笋片入锅稍炒,即放入素汁汤、
草菇、精盐、味精,烧沸后改为小火,烧至草菇入味,用湿淀粉勾稀芡,淋
入麻油起锅装盘即成。
按:此菜以清热、抗癌的草菇配以清热化痰、和中润肠的冬笋为主料烹
制而成,适用于痰热、热毒内盛以及脾胃运化不强而致的停食、停痰、胸院
胀满等病症,并可治疗癌肿病症。
