茼蒿鸡丝
原料: 原 料:
主料:鸡腿150克,茼蒿100克。辅料:酱油5克,香油5克,葱5克,姜5克,精盐2克,味精0.5克。
制法: (1)将鸡腿、葱、姜、洗净;锅中烧开水,放入鸡腿、葱、姜煮至断生后,捞出沥干。
(2)将鸡腿去骨后,撕成肉丝;茼蒿去头尾洗净,用开水烫熟,捞出沥干。
(3)茼蒿、鸡丝放入碗中,加酱油、香油、精盐、味精拌匀即可。
特点: 茼蒿清香,鸡肉爽嫩。
