原料:
冰冻虾仁500克 苦瓜150克 精盐、料酒、味精、香油、色拉油各适量
制法:
1虾仁解冻后抽去沙线洗净,随后将其放入加有精盐、料酒的沸水锅中汆一水,捞出;苦瓜去籽,顶刀切成0.2厘米厚的小片,然后下入加有油盐的沸水锅中焯熟,捞出投凉。
2将虾仁、苦瓜同纳盆中,调入精盐、味精和香油,拌匀后装盘,稍加点缀即成。
