    指机体各种营养物质的减少,如缺钙、缺血、缺氧等。 【缺血性心脏病】 (ischemic cardiopathy)冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的伺义词。 1980年第一届全国内科学术会议心血管病专业组对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,建议采用世界卫生组织所通用的命名及诊断标准,关于缺血性心脏病的定义是:由于冠状循环改变引起冠状血流和心肌需求之间不平衡而导致心肌损害。缺血性心脏病包括急性、暂时性和慢性等情况,可由于功能性改变或器质性改变而引起。非冠状动脉性血液动力学改变引起的缺血,如主动脉瓣狭窄则不包括在内。由于该术语含义广泛,故我国大多数仍沿用"冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病"一词。
