【制作过程】
1.将莴笋去皮、去筋,洗净,切成3.5厘米长的条,用盐拌匀腌1小时,控去水,再用洁布搌干水。 2.将白糖倒入小铝盒内,放入少许开水把糖化开,放在火上将糖汁熬后,下入米醋,离火晾凉。 3.用熬好的糖醋汁把莴笋条拌匀,腌两个小时即可。
