白云蒸土豆
原料:
原料:嫩白豆腐200克,大土豆200克,青、红椒各1只。调料:花生油10克,盐3克,味精1克,熟鸡油2克。
制法: (1)嫩豆腐、大土豆切成日字长块,青、红椒切丝。
(2)锅内加水,待水开时投入土豆片,煮至八成熟,捞起冲透待用。
(3)在大碟中逐片相间地摆入嫩豆腐块,土豆块,调入盐,味精,熟鸡油,入蒸柜蒸12分钟,拿出撒上青、红椒丝,淋入热油即可食用。
特点: 切好的土豆要马上用清水泡洗透,以免土豆变黑。
