甘草大蒜烧茄子

配方:甘草6克 大蒜15克 茄子100克姜5克 葱5克 盐5克 素油30克
制作:1.把甘草润透,切片;大蒜去皮,切片;茄子洗净,一切两瓣,再切4厘米见方的块,姜切片,葱切段。
2.把素油放炒锅内,烧六成熟时,下入姜、葱爆香,加入茄子、炒匀,下入蒜,加入上汤300毫升,用文火煮20分钟即成。
食法:每日1次,佐餐食用。
功效:清热,和血,止痛,消肿。
