Qiongya "big" site covers an area of 1839.09 square meters, construction area of 994.26 square meters. Brick and wood building, built in 1920.
June 1926 the First Congress of the CPC Qiongya held in this. After the liberation in 1950 and has become a force of Hainan, Haikou and Hainan, the local authority office and accommodation.
