[原料/调料]
龙虾 1只(1斤)

[制作流程]
(1)将龙虾洗净后,用剪刀剪开,剪开法是由龙虾尾边处往头剪,只剪外壳部份,上下分别剪开,再用刀切开,将龙虾肉与壳完全分开为止即成;小仙女蕃茄切片、起司切条状备用。
(2)取1张铝箔纸作成凹槽,将龙虾放入再撒上调味料,将小仙女蕃茹及起司,排放在龙虾肉上即可入烤箱。
(3)将烤箱加热至200℃,放入龙虾,烤20~30分钟至熟为止,即可食用。
在户外
烤龙虾
,可以购买较小的龙虾,1只约1/2斤重的即可,处理方式可以用直接烧烤法,将龙虾用铁籤或筷子由尾巴处串起固定,直接放在烤网上,以炭火烧烤,吃时沾上少许盐即可。
