c料:太白粉

【作法】:
1.香菇泡软去头,水挤干,用剪刀剪圆成条形再把材料a拌匀用中温油
炸二次备用。
2.锅热倒入两匙油把材料b作法1炒两分钟加适量水到沸再盛起备用。
3.锅热后倒入1匙油把作法2煮成品后倒入锅中煮沸后再加材料c勾芡,洒点香油即可。
