Mussel braise sparrow
配方: 淡菜30克,麻雀1只。
制法: 将淡菜洗净,麻雀剖去毛、内脏,与淡菜一同入锅,炖至雀肉烂熟,加食盐调味。
功效: 温肾阳,补肾精,可用于更年期综合征的治疗。淡菜又名珠菜、壳菜。含丰富蛋白质、碘、b族维生素、锌、铁、钙、磷等。其味咸,性温,有温肾固精、益气补虚功效。麻雀肉含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、无机盐及维生素 b1、维生素 b2等。据《增补 食物秘方》记载,雀肉能“补五脏,益精髓,暖腰膝,起阳道,缩小便,又治妇人血崩带下。
用法: 1次吃完,每日1次,7日为1个疗程。
