Thai roast Beef salad
牛肉400克,青瓜片适量,青红椒丝30克,洋葱丝30克,芹菜丝少许,葱段2根,西红柿20克,金不换5克,酸蒜头20克,蒜子3粒,绿豆芽20克。
柠檬汁2汤匙,鱼露1汤匙,蜂蜜1汤匙,酸蒜头水半水杯,橄榄油2汤匙,沙律酱少许。
制作:
1.先将牛肉切成大块,用刀背拍松,加入柠檬汁、鱼露拌匀,腌制2小时以上,制成牛扒肉。
2.用橄榄油将牛扒肉煎至自己喜爱的成熟度,然后切片。
3.绿豆芽飞水后同其他材料、调料拌匀略腌,铺于牛扒面上即可。
