Coconut Hong Lu King Prawns
材料: 大花虾500克,椰汁200克,香菜半棵。
调料: 上汤半杯,白酒两茶匙,生抽一汤匙,色拉油、绍酒、精盐、胡椒粉各少许,白糖、咖喱粉各半茶匙。
做法: ①大虾剪去须脚,洗净沥干水分,用白酒两茶匙、生抽一汤匙腌过待用。
②大虾走油后捞起,沥干油分。
③香菜洗净切成段。
④瓦煲中加少许色拉油,将咖喱粉及香菜爆香,加入虾。
⑤将绍酒、精盐、胡椒粉各少许,白糖半茶匙及上汤、椰汁同放入器皿中,加盖煮片刻即可。
