【原料】
燕窝(40克)、椰子(1个,750克)、味粉(15克)、鸡汤(250克)、精盐(少许)、小苏打粉(少许)
【制作过程】
一、将燕窝用冷水浸半小时后,拣净燕毛,用开水(加点小苏打)泡五分钟,再用清水洗净。二、椰子剥去皮,用锯子在距离椰子顶端约1寸半处锯开,倒净椰水,上笼蒸一小时,三、椰子取出后,放进燕窝、鸡汤、味粉再上笼蒸一小时,食时加精盐少许(盐不能先放,燕窝遇盐会化)
