原料:
嫩玉米粒300克,红绿柿椒50克,花生油10克,盐2克,白糖3克,味精1克。
做法:
1、 将玉米粒洗净;红绿柿椒去蒂去籽洗净,切成小丁。
2、 炒锅置于火上,放入花生油,烧至七成热时,下玉米粒和盐,炒2-3分钟,加清水少许,再炒2-3分钟,放入柿椒丁翻炒片刻,再加白糖、味精即成。
