"Digital Dementia" is a new coinage, means the over-reliance on mobile phones, computers and other digital equipment, so that memory and computing power has dropped significantly.
First recorded in 2004, the National Language Institute of Korea data _set_ of new coinages. Unlike the alleged medical reasons such as brain cells are destroyed occurrence of the disease "dementia", "Digital Dementia" is classified as a social product, not part of the disease. |
