新鲜帆立贝 80公克
南瓜 40公克
鸭儿芹 2支
味噌 20公克
美乃滋 100公克

扇贝贝壳 4个
[制作流程]
1.将味噌、美乃滋、蛋黄调拌均匀备用。
2.新鲜帆立贝用热水汆烫,捞起沥干水份备用。南瓜去皮切小块后蒸熟,鸭儿芹切小段备用。
3.将帆立贝、南瓜、鸭儿芹排入贝壳中,再淋上作法1的酱料,放入烤箱中,用200℃烤至略带焦状即可。
