牛柳300克,香芋件100克,南姜碎50克,红椒干少许,花生米适量,青豆适量,洋葱件适量。
鱼露1汤匙,椰奶1水杯,虾膏半汤匙,咖喱粉半汤匙,高汤1水杯,食用油2汤匙。
制作:
1.牛柳切厚片,加鱼露、食油腌制。
2.起锅爆香蒜茸、洋葱件、香芋件、南姜碎,放入牛柳片翻炒。
3.注入椰奶,加入虾膏、咖喱粉、红椒干、青豆,注入高汤拌匀,加姜煮20分钟,将花生米洒在上面即可。
