No. 1 　　各级工商界联合会的简称. 　　中华全国工商业联合会成立于1953年，简称全国工商联。其性质和地位可概括为：共产党领导的中国工商界组成的人民团体和民间商会（全国工商联又称中国民间商会），党和政府联系非公有制经济人士的桥梁和纽带，政府管理非公有制经济的助手。 　　工商联也是中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商的单位.也可以看作是具有统战性、经济性、民间性的社会群众团体组织。 　　全国工商联成立以来，形成了紧跟中国共产党走社会主义道路的光荣传统。在现阶段，全国工商联把高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，学习实践“三个代表”重要思想，坚持党在社会主义初级阶段的基本路线和纲领，坚持公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度，坚持“一国两制”的基本方针作为政治方向。把认真履行统一战线人民团体和民间商会的职能，对广大会员进行团结、帮助、引导、教育，为会员搞好服务，培养一支坚决拥护党的领导、走中国特色社会主义道路的积极分子队伍，促进非公有制经济健康发展作为工作目标。努力为社会主义物质文明、政治文明和精神文明的协调发展，实现中华民族的伟大复兴贡献力量。 　　全国工商联的主要工作内容有：参与国家大政方针及政治、经济、社会生活中的重要问题的政治协商，参政议政，民主监督；引导会员积极参加国家经济建设，推动社会主义市场经济体制逐步完善，促进社会全面进步；做工商界代表人士政治安排的推荐工作；在非公有制经济人士中，宣传、贯彻党和国家的方针政策，加强思想政治工作，推动企业文化建设，引导会员做中国特色社会主义事业的建设者；代表并维护会员的合法权益，反映会员的意见、要求和建议；引导会员积极参与“光彩事业”；为会员提供信息和科技、管理、法律、会计、审计、融资、咨询等服务；开展工商专业培训，帮助会员改进经营管理，完善财会管理，提高生产技术和产品质量；组织会员举办和参加各种对内对外展销会、交易会，组织会员出国、出境考察访问，帮助会员开拓国内、国际市场；增进与香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区和世界各国工商社团及工商经济界人士的联系和友谊，促进经济、技术和贸易合作；办好会办企业、事业；承办政府和有关部门的委托事项。 　　工商联依照法律按国家行政区划设置组织机构，全国工商联负责指导地方工商联和民间商会的工作，全国共有县以上工商联组织3119个，形成覆盖全国的组织网络。工商联会员分为企业会员、团体会员和个人会员。地方工商联会员为全国工商联会员。截至2006年6月末，全国共有工商联会员197万。 　　全国工商联已同世界上100多个国家和地区的商会建立了广泛联系，并将一如既往地发展同中外各工商团体、企业组织和人士的联络，加强合作，共同发展。 　　全国工商联第一、二、三届主任委员陈叔通，第四届主任委员胡子昂，第五届主席胡子昂，第六届主席荣毅仁，第七、八届主席经叔平，现任全国工商联主席黄孟复。 English Expression n.:  Association of the industrialists and Businessmen Related Phrases peking Characters celebrity Engineer Shanghai the Chinese People’ s Political Consultative Conference (C.P.P.C.C.)
