　　Piedmont streams gurgling up the mountain after mountain of cloud but not buried.
　　Do not take advantage of the occasion to rain water farming, which flew through the clouds to lying mountains.

　　明朝中期，范姓在此建村，以姓氏命名范家屯。约至清朝中期，范姓绝嗣，以位处柘阳山前，更名柘阳山前。
　　1940年后为称谓和书写方便，简称山前。
