家庭祖传sambal虾
材料:中等虾只1公斤,峲拉煎20克,辣椒500克,虾米50克,小葱头15粒,小辣椒50克。
做法:
1.先将峲拉煎烘香,放入虾米及小葱头,辣椒及小辣椒搅拌。
2.放入热油及先将葱头切片炒香。
3.放入已搅拌好的sambal 料并炒至滚热。
4.放入虾只快炒3分钟。
小贴士:sambal 料以手工制作效果更佳,嗜辣者可加入更多的辣椒及小辣椒。虾只不能炒太久,火力须够猛。
