主料:梅肉(可用五花肉代替)
辅料:白酒,磨豉酱,腐乳,五香粉,芝麻酱,桂皮,八角。
制作方法:
1.用刀把肉打松,加入盐,桂皮,八角,白酒,大蒜,洋葱;
2.将洋葱铺于烤盘上;
3.加入磨豉酱,腐乳,五香粉,芝麻酱,“按摸”五分钟;
4.放入烤箱,烤制温度定在250~300度之间,以锁住肉中的水分。
5.加入麦牙糖(或糖浆),放在烤箱上层烤3分钟。
