Kung Pao langoustine
材料: 对虾六只(大约200克)。
调料: 色拉油一大匙,绍酒三小勺,淀粉一大匙,葱两根,辣椒两只,姜两片; (a)酱油、米醋、白糖各一大匙,绍酒一小勺。
做法: ①除去对虾的泥肠,保留壳尾,每只切成2~3段,置于菜盘内,加绍酒于其上浸泡。
②葱切5厘米段,辣椒去籽切半。
③取出浸在酒中之虾,分别裹淀粉于其上。
④置虾块、葱、辣椒及姜于深盘内,再加入一大匙色拉油充分拌匀,加盖高火2分钟后取出搅拌,加入调料(a),充分拌匀,再加盖高火2分钟。
⑤取出搅拌,趁热食用。
