【原料】
豇豆250克,青椒75克,鲜汤750克,水淀粉、盐适量。
【制作过程】
1、将豇豆洗净,切成3厘米左右的段;青椒去蒂、去籽洗净后切成粗丝。 2、炒锅置旺火上,将油烧至七成热,放入青椒丝炒出香味,加少许盐炒匀,再倒入豇豆同炒;倒入鲜汤,煮两分钟,调好味,勾入水淀粉即可。
