即heaven and hell bond。是双货币债券（本金货币与付息货币为两种货币）的一种，最初于八十年代中期在日本产生，与普通双货币债券不同的是，其本金的赎回额以联动方式与债券购买之后汇率的变动相关。赎回额可能几乎为零，也可能达两倍以上的买入价。也交tengoku bond 或jigoku bond。是具有极高风险的金融工具。
