南瓜百合养生羹

调料:盐1克、味精1克、
制作工艺:
1、粳米淘洗干净,用冷水浸泡30分钟,捞出沥干水分;
2、南瓜去皮、籽,洗净切块;
3、百合去皮,洗净切瓣,焯水烫透,捞出沥干水分;
4、锅中加入适量冷水,将粳米放入,用旺火烧沸;
5、再下入南瓜块,转小火煮约30分钟;
6、下入百合及盐、味精,煮至浓稠成羹即可。
