用新鲜边皮冬瓜80-100克(或冬瓜仁干的10-15克、新鲜的30克),粳米100克作原料。将冬瓜用刀刮后洗净,切成小块,再同粳米一起置于砂锅内,一并煮成粥即可(粥内不要放盐)。或先用冬瓜仁煎水水渣,再将粳米放粥煮,每天早晚两次时,常食有效。能利尿消肿,清热止渴,减肥降脂。
