菜 名:
冬笋拌火鸭
主 料: 冬笋1斤(约600克),烧鸭1/2只,奇异果片2个。
配 料: 调味料:生抽2茶匙,鲜露1茶匙,糖、麻油各1/2茶匙。
做 法: 1、冬笋切去老根端及叶部,每枝一切为二,隔水蒸15分钟,取出切成细丝,加入调味料拌匀,上碟。
2、烧鸭起肉切丝,放在冬笋上饰以奇异果片便成。
备 注: 烧鸭在起肉前,先用滚水冲过表皮,以便除去灰尘及油腻。
