主料:南瓜
辅料:百合、青红椒、马蹄、玉米粒、葱、姜
调料:盐、白糖、水淀粉
烹制方法:
1、将大蒜切成蒜末,洗净后放入开水中焯烫去味,捞出控干,放入热油中炸至水分蒸发,颜色金黄取蒜油备用;
2、将南瓜粒、玉米粒、马蹄粒、青红椒粒、百合分别过开水焯烫取出备用;
3、坐锅点火倒入蒜油,将焯好的原料倒入锅中,大火翻炒,加少许葱姜水,调入盐、白糖,水淀粉勾芡炒匀即可。
特点:鲜咸爽口,营养丰富。
