基本材料兔肉100克,鸡内金12克,谷芽30克,生姜3片
[制法]:兔肉洗净、切件;鸡内金洗净捣碎,谷芽、生姜分别用清水洗净,与兔肉一齐放入砂煲里,加清水适量,武火煮沸后,改用文火煲至肉烂,调味供用。
[功能]:补虚益损、健脾生血、消食开胃
[适用范围]:用于癌症化疗期间的调养。症见恶心呕吐,不思饮食,面色苍白,气短,心悸,神疲乏力,自汗盗汗,头晕目眩,便溏腹泻等。
