基本材料羊肉250克,干姜15克,鸡内金12克,红枣5粒
[制法]:羊肉洗净切块,放入热锅内炒干血水;干姜、鸡内金、红枣(去核)洗净,与羊肉一齐放入砂煲内,加清水适量,武火煮沸后,改用文火煲2小时,调味供用。
[功能]:温中散寒、健脾止泻
[适用范围]:用于慢性肠炎、慢性胃炎属脾胃虚寒者。症见脘腹冷痛,肠鸣泄泻,泻下清稀样大便,一日数次,体倦乏力,食欲减退。
