  少林关节擒拿法,根据人体解剖学,在有效距离内,作用于人体筋脉、关节和穴位上的力,瞬间会产生伤筋、错骨和闭气现象,起到固锁人体局部或全身的作用。采取四两破千斤,以巧制胜的手段,使对方束手就擒。《少林鹰派拳谱》云:“关节擒拿法,如人与狼搏,巧力周旋,灵活机变,狼威风已尽,可手到擒来”。

  三、肘关节擒拿(the method of the elbow joint control)
