Melange Oolong porridge
配方: 生薏米30克,冬瓜仁100克,红小豆20克。干荷叶、乌龙茶适量。
制法: 干荷叶、乌龙茶用粗纱布包好备用。将生薏米、冬瓜仁、红小豆洗净一起放锅内加水煮熬至熟,再放入用粗纱布包好的干荷叶及乌龙茶再煎7~8分钟,取出纱布包即可食用。
