基本材料母鸡肉150克,人参10克,鱼肚30克
[制法]:1.母鸡肉去皮及骨,洗净切丝;人参切片,鱼肚用清水浸软,洗净切片。
2.将以上备用料一齐放入炖盅内,加开水适量,炖盅加盖,置锅内用文火隔水炖3小时,调味供用。
[功能]:健脾养胃、益气补血
[适用范围]:用于癌症手术后之消瘦、纳差、气血虚衰、气阴两伤、脾胃失调等症。
