将乌龙茶研磨成粉、用于煎蛋,让蛋中多点清爽、茶香、能去除油腻、更为蛋料理增添新意。
材料:冻顶乌龙茶10克,红萝卜40克、鸡蛋2个、盐少许,油适量。
作法:
1、将红萝卜洗净切末;冻顶乌龙茶以研钵研磨成粉末备用。
2、碗中打入鸡蛋,放入红萝卜末、乌龙茶末与盐,搅拌。均匀。
