| 地处芦山县北部，属山区乡镇，中林河自北向南穿境而过。全镇幅员面积189平方公里，耕地565公顷，距县城37公里。全镇海拨900－－3800米，气候宜人，全年无霜期280天，平均气温13℃。主要资源为矿产（煤矿、铅锌矿、铝土矿等）、水力、生态环境和食品，全镇现有电站5个，在建电站7个。全镇辖春光、胜利、大河、祥和、钟灵、兴林等6个村，45个合作社，共3075户，12178人。全镇2005年财政收入129.3万元，支出102.39万元。耕地面积11429亩，其中水田面积1220亩。退耕还林15148亩。魔芋面积7100亩。2004年农民人均纯收入2705元。全镇11所学校，其中1所中学,中心小学2所，幼儿园5所。中心医院1个。2005年总产值9078万元。公路总里程67公里。（2005年）发电量173万千瓦/小时。卫生院和医疗摊点共16所，其中1所中心医院。现有煤矿12个，从业人员1844人,（2005年）煤炭产量10万吨。。逢农历3、6、9赶场，共有个体户198户。 |
