　　交道口街道（Jiaodaokou Jiedao）位于东城区西北部，鼓楼南侧。面积1.45平方千米，常住人口5.28万人（2006年末）。辖10个社区。办事处驻雨儿胡同乙15号。北京四合院保护区域之一。有文天祥祠、明清两朝顺天府的府学、茅盾故居、田汉故居和孙中山先生行馆等名胜古迹和名人故居。
　　
　　［沿革］1958年设置，1960年改公社，1990年复置。1997年，面积1.6平方千米，人口5万，汉族4.8万，辖交东、土儿、香饵东、香饵西、大兴、细管、府学、张自忠路、交南、鼓楼、菊儿、南锣鼓巷、圆恩寺、秦老、板厂、地安门中、地安门西、鼓楼东大街西、鼓楼苑、南下洼子、方砖厂、豆角、帽儿、东不压桥、福祥、桃条、鼓楼东大街中、煤炭部、人民大学、文化部30个居（家）委会。
