　　人和镇　辖：人和社区；表水、龙潭、人和、丽山、福传、平琴、武烈、康宁、金田、车较10个村委会。

　　人和镇位于苍梧县的西部、浔江下游的北岸。东依梧州市郊长洲镇，南与藤县的赤水乡和南安镇隔江相望，西与藤县的津北乡为邻，北与同县的岭脚和倒水两镇相连。水路距苍梧县城约２０公里，距梧州市中心约２４公里，陆路通过人岭四级公路与梧太公路相接。全镇辖１０个村委会１７１个村民小组，１个居委会，总人口２６３８０人，其中非农业人口２５６０人。
　　全镇总面积２２３．４平方公里，属半山区丘陵地带，不少山峰海拔在４００米以上，最高海拔为７３７米。境内雨、水、光资源丰富，土壤肥沃。年均温度为２１．３℃，平均降雨量为１４０７．８毫米。
　　经济以农业为主，是一个典型的农业镇。全镇耕地面积１３８０公倾，其中水田１０３５公倾。有林面积９８６７公倾，主要树种为松杉。历史上种桑养蚕颇具规模，最高峰时桑叶种植面积达到５１公倾，目前有桑叶面积３１公倾。乡镇企业有食品加工、竹木器加工、种养业等。
　　离镇政府所在地４公里的孟陵村，是汉猛陵县的旧址，原街心社尚存，为县级文物保护点。
