偶若植了藕
你来看藕否
偶若不植藕

平生冰雪姿，七星羅心胸，豈無有絲毫，上裨天子聰。
而不自薦達，何為乎泥中。沉屙正元賴，安得君從容。
其子亦可憐，風味如乃翁。

一握彎環西子臂。
暖玉玲瓏薄切春冰碎。
人在碧欄幹畔倚，教儂親手風前遞。
記上蓮舟浮淥水，郎面蓮花，妾意蓮蓬子。
誰解纏綿心上事，個中別有柔絲系。
這是用 set logic 探討 if a then b 的 '不合理' 性.
(to be) and not(to be) is a complete set, covers the complete elements.
If I do both, you will come to see me.
(to be) or not(to be) is a decision making point, that is, the 'if'
The thing is the 'then' part was not valid, not from a valid premise.
The link in this poem is of course meaningless, so called a human sentiment only. 
But it is also because of this unknows premise, huamn brains evlove by asking more seemingly unrelated causes and results in if-then's. The complete 'set' is just too difficult to identify and complete.
In this poem;
What is the total element set that you will for sure come to see me if I fulfil the set? That, is the seemingly stupid question.
Scientists do experiments to verify premise. Aids cures try to add one dose after another to test the 'then'. Philosophors also ponder "to be or not to be" to live.
