once a garden
now the home of wild weeds
butterflies left

Arid river bank
Scorching sand
Ducks lazy in water

in bloom
cherry blossoms
transience of life

on the waves
a boat tossed up and down
sky, earth, a lone gull

What odds the jackpot?
Who cares? ‘Neath a pipal tree,
mind moves with clouds

You receiving me?
Tried in vain. Connection lost.
Stare at a blank screen.

Locked in nutty slack
angry volcano broke free
and dyed the whole sky

in the beginning……
an egg first or a chicken?
Kongzi can’t answer

What does it all mean?
Life, death, friend and enemy-
He scratches his head

one of those barrels
heavier than the others
a barrel of fun

有人批评我的诗，太过于描述，所以试试这类型的小诗，尽量删去多余的词语，以求最简，看能否有所改进。

赞赏“湖泊”：
尤其是14首之类：有象无人，好像无人之境，实则有“人”有境有情有意，人---诗者，化在情景中了。而且意境宏阔，反映了作者的胸襟！
