 Another Spring
Another Spring
Ice-melted water trickles down
the rainspout, sound of spring.
The worn-out snow dwindles quietly,
retreating from its once occupied ground.
Leaves of last autumn lay flattened,
like smashed shingles from collapsed houses,
layered, clinging to the earth,
reminding me once again of
tsunami-stricken Fukushima.

giving away its once occupied ground. 更像是想說giving up its once occupied ground.
give sth away是指贈送，分發。
最後兩行顯露，I am sad可以不必說出來。
